Welcome to Olivia Alexandra Weddings, your premier English wedding florist and decor specialist in beautiful Mallorca.
I started my career as a florist back in 2005 in Marbella. My original background was in Marketing, but after moving abroad to be closer to family and escape the rainy skies of Manchester, I knew it was time for a career change to better suit my new lifestyle. Little did I know that this decision would lead me to my true passion.
Flowers have always been my happy place – their beauty, their fragrance, the way they transform a space – it’s something that lights me up every day. When I combined that passion with the world of weddings, one of life’s most joyous and meaningful occasions, I found myself in a job I could never dream of being without.
We are dedicated to delivering high-end quality in every aspect of our renovations. From the selection of materials to the execution of construction, we adhere to the highest standards to ensure lasting durability and timeless beauty in every home we create.

Working alongside Olivia are highly skilled, former London florists, handpicked for their deep knowledge of the flower industry and their artistic flair. They are complemented by local Spanish florists who bring invaluable expertise in navigating the challenges posed by the island's hot summers on delicate blooms.
Supporting them is our dedicated logistics team, the unsung heroes who handle everything from setting up furniture to rigging lighting and ensuring every detail is perfect on the big day. Together, each team member plays a vital role in making Olivia Alexandra Weddings a unique, magical experience, creating unforgettable moments for our clients on the beautiful island of Mallorca.

One of my favourite things in life is, without a doubt, spending time in nature. Whether it’s a walk along the coast or simply enjoying the tranquility of the Mallorca countryside, I find peace in the natural beauty around me. Nature inspires so much of my work, especially when designing florals, and I always try to bring that sense of harmony and freshness into every arrangement.
MY FAVORITE THINGS
Another passion of mine is travel. I love exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and discovering hidden gems. Traveling has opened my eyes to the variety of flowers, plants, and décor styles from around the world, which I love incorporating into my designs. Whether it’s the vibrant colours of Morocco or the soft pastels of the Mediterranean, I’m always excited by the creative possibilities travel brings.
And of course, my family is everything to me - I have two wonderful sons. Watching them grow and prosper on this safe, beautiful island is a true joy. I feel incredibly lucky to raise them here, where they have the space to explore and thrive. And last but not least my two cats are an integral part of my family. I’m a total cat fan – their playful antics and loyal companionship never fail to make me smile.

I asked Olivia to organise our ocean themed wedding at very short notice. Undaunted by time pressures she came up with some fantastic and inspirational ideas for the theme and decor.
Her flair and creativity with the venue decoration and the beautifully laid out tables was much commented on. I certainly could not have achieved it without her help.
